Ubisoft´s date for E3 conference

on Tue Apr 15, 2014 2:41 pm
"Just three days after Electronic Arts confirmed its briefing date at this year’s E3, Ubisoft has done the same. The publisher will address the media on Monday, June 9 at 6pm ET/3pm PT.

The publisher behind the Assassin’s Creed franchise is expected to showcase the two new Assassin’s Creed games, Unity and Comet, as well as give fans new looks into MMO racer The Crew and third-person RPG Tom Clancy’s The Division.

Ubisoft will also likely reveal a new IP during their briefing to keep in line with their history of doing so at the annual event.

E3 2014 runs from June 10-12 in Los Angeles, California."

Well, I do think that if they finally announce Beyond Good & Evil 2 is a good signal. That game started in Ubisoft with Prince of Persia, but was pushed aside by our Prince. It is fair that now it gets announced first to avoid the same situation. But this doesn´t mean they can´t do as Square Enix did with Kingdom Hearts 3 last year when they just showed a short video of the gameplay in very early development (I know, Ubisoft only does that kind of stuff when it comes to Assassin´s Creed) but it´s clear that both games can´t come out at the same time.

I do believe that if this one gets its chance, POP will be the next one on the list. I´ll try to watch the event, even though I have exams both before and after the conference, and it´s at midnight in Spain. But hey, it can be funny.

So what do you guys think?
