This is Jordan Mechner´s last tweet: 

"Rule of thumb: A release date will normally slip by 2 of the smallest units to which it is formulated. Q1 means Q3. May means July."

Do you think it means something?

Can mean anything really. Only he knows what he was referring to.

Let´s hope it means something related to Prince of Persia...

I think it's nothing special...
Although... it remind me something of javascript coding (That's what I'm still learning). When you create a "var" you have to add some properties and values to this. You can make equals two or more values, in this case: "May is equal to July" and "Q1 is equal to Q3" depending of the content of it "var".

Example:

var may = 5; // It's for May
var july = 7; // It's for July
var month = july + may; // Result = "12". It's equal to May and July because 5 + 7 = 12

The same happens with Q1 and Q3...
I know, maybe it doesn't have anything relative to this topic, but Jordan, like all game creator, may knows something about this programing languaje...

Well since he created the first Prince of Persia game himself, he should know about programming? XD

Obviously he should know about programming in the making of the first Prince of Persia game. I guess that he could not do anything without knowing some of these things xD...
